This course provides participants with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to apply work health and safety (WHS) requirements, policies and procedures in the industry and applies to those working in site-based roles.
This course equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures through safe work practices in on- or off-site workplaces. Designed for individuals entering or working within the civil, industry or those performing high-risk work or operating machinery and plant items, it provides the fundamental WHS awareness necessary to undertake work tasks safely and to recognise and respond to risks and hazards.

The Timor-Leste regulator IGEADI recognises this course under their framework.
